Over the past weeks, I’ve been diving into Alisa Vitti’s work, especially her approach to supporting hormone balance and overall wellness.
What struck me is how much can change through small, consistent shifts in how we eat, move, and rest. Instead of pushing through fatigue or ignoring the body’s signals, she invites us to see the menstrual cycle as a map, a kind of a built-in guide to energy, clarity, and even creativity.

Each phase of the cycle carries its own strengths: moments of heightened creativity, sharp focus, abundant energy, or needed rest. In fact, every woman could benefit from planning her life with her cycle in mind, not as a limitation, but as a "source of power".
