Do you judge people who read fluffy pulpy thrillers (think Frieda McFadden etc) be honest!

I believe R was answering the original question :) To your comment, I think it would depend on the setting. If it's a niche genre, it might get more appreciation in communities that might understand it more, as opposed to work settings or casual conversations! If it's a close friend, they would not be as quick to judge as an acquaintance. Personally, if it is a well written book, I think all books can add value, so I would not think to put down people who read "extreme horror".
