Please combine - NO ONE IS SAFE

Hi,

There appear to be two different pages for one of my books.

The paperback and audiobook editions of NO ONE IS SAFE are on one page (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...).
The Kindle edition is on a separate page (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...).

Could these two pages be combined please?

I'd also like to request that ":A Novel" be removed from the title.
My other book "None Shall Sleep" is also called "A novel by Ellie Marney" on the front cover, but that has never appeared as a subtitle in the title listing on Goodreads.

Please don't repost requests; if you have not gotten a response in over a day simply post "bump" in a reply comment on the original poat and it will move up (and put something like "[open]" in the post title).

As the author you have the ability to combine editions of your books as well as edit their titles and other info. I've gone ahead and combined this one and edited the titles.
