Combining books

Hello! I just added a hardback version of my book to Amazon (through Ingramspark) and now it is showing up on Goodreads as a separate book. Can you please combine this? It's the same cover (though the hardback version looks a little odd... I'd like to use the cover for the original version). The hardback has not been released yet, so I do not know if that affects anything.
