OCTOBER '25 SERIAL READER CHALLENGE


With a bright orange hue and spicy scent, marigolds herald the change of seasons. ... Although the meaning of marigolds varies between cultures and locations, they are often seen as symbols of joy, resilience, and passion. These warm-colored blooms are also linked to the holidays: During Día de los Muertos, marigolds solidify the connection between life and death. For Diwali, the flowers are symbols of hope, love, success, and purity.
