Jack Chandler | 7 comments Hi. I have an existing profile for Jack Chandler, with a few friends and a few reviews. I thought it was an author page. Question 1: Can you confirm? But--my new book, The Higher Education of Matt Griffith, is now in your catalog, and I received a message that an automatic author profile had been created and that I should go to it and click the button "Is this You?" Question 2: I can't now find that thread, nor can I find the "Is This You?" button. Question 3: Which is easier here: use new auto-created profile, and just set up friends and transfer my reviews? Or somehow use my existing profile to claim my book? I'm sorry to be so much trouble.

Scott | 9302 comments The "Is this you" link is at the bottom of the author profile web page. Note that you are not required to join the author programme. You can simply leave it alone and retain the regular user profile if you wish.

If you do apply and are approved for the programme, your user profile will be merged with the author profile and you can handle your books as well as track your personal reading activity.

Jack Chandler | 7 comments I promise I'm not normally this dense. I appreciate your patience. I can't find the author profile web page. I searched "people" for Jack Chandler. It pulled up several profiles, but when I click on them to try and figure out which one my book "The Higher Education..." is linked to, I see a popup that I'm not friends with that person, so can't see anything. Again, thanks for any help here.

Scott | 9302 comments You can search the book, and then click on the name from there.

Anyway, here it is:
