connecting book to my author page

Hi! This morning I was adding a new book to my author page, and I noticed that I had two spaces in between my first name and last name that was automatically there. So I took away one of the spaces and then added my book. Once I finished, it said that I can't have a pen name attached to my author profile. So I tried adding the book again without taking away the extra space between my first and last name and it said the book was already added. I found it, and it is attached to a different Steve Fowler. Could you please attach it to my profile? Thank you!
