OKOK so I know I’m not a big reviewer but here’s some advice
-Make you review as organized and aesthetic as possible! (This DOESNT mean using random emojis and fonts you have to have a theme going on such as yellow💐💛⭐️🌙🌻🌼)
-connect with bigger reviewers now this might sound wrong but if you become friends with a big reviewer if they comment on your review all of their followers will see so your review will become more popular. Oh and buddy reading with them too!
-Reading popular books also helps too🙂↕️ my review for binding 13 got 100 likes while my review for every last word got 20 likes which shows the difference

getting arcs is a super easy way to gain traction from more people. when you’re reviewing a book that’s super popular, a lot of reviews get lost in the thousands of reviews on that book, but if you’re reading an arc, you’re catching the attention of all the people who want to read that book before the thousands of reviews.
being interactive and learning the actual system of goodreads itself is also helpful (learning basic HTML code is useful as well). having a book only email in your bio is another way for authors to reach out directly with opportunities.

- add content warnings! People love reviews with content warnings, I’ve had multiple people pm me saying they love that I put them in my reviews
- getting arcs is really helpful!
- always add a prereads, that way you get likes and a ton of “happy reading” comments before you even post the review
- friend or follow popular reviewers and interact with their reviews
- read popular books

That way, your review is real and truthful. I'm only saying this because I made one review that LITERALLY crashed and burned because I was barely speaking my own opinion and was just referencing popular reviews. Let them be your inspiration, but not your downfall. <3
