question for you all how does one go about getting more editorial style reviews. i have sent my book to numerous blogs, websites etc. for review and have not heard back . looking up some of them want a fee . are there any that do not want a fee or have you had experience with getting editorial reviews that have helped your book sell more. any advice will be greatly appreciated Nick
