Hello. I noticed this group didn’t have a “what are you reading” general chat. I hope it’s okay I created one.

Reading “Interaction Ritual: Essays in Face to Face Behavior” by Erving Goffman. It’s very good! Also getting through “Charisma Myth” by Olivia Fox Cabane, much more begrudgingly. One of these books is much shorter and breezier than the other, but one had much more substance..

I’m reading My Magnolia Summer by Victoria Benton Frank very interesting and hard to put down

I just finished ' The Tenant', by Freida McFadden and did so in 3 days. Loved the book with the constant plot twists. It was rather slow in the start but got much better as I kept reading it.

Charisma Myth has significantly grown on me, I’m glad I stuck with it and gave it a chance. I guess it pushed me through a weak slump.
