new author with same name as existing author [DONE]

hello, i am a new author and noticed that my book is currently listed under another author's page that has the same name as me. I have only written one book and would like to claim the book and have an author page but i have not yet heard back on my author page application. it has been about 5 days and all i've gotten is the email verification. can someone please help?
