I am having trouble locating this shorty story follow up to Run on Red by this author. Please help.

Items that require a newsletter subscription are not eligible for inclusion on GR.
I'm sorry, I don't believe it's subscription. The link takes you to all of the author's bonus content and the reader just needs to provide their email in order to download the ebook. Two other e-books from that url page is on GR so I didn't think it would be an issue.
i.e. The River and After the Dark are both on GR.
It literally says that you are subscribing to her newsletter when you click to get the story.
