I forgot this had a thread...

I read this today to break free from some lack of paying attention issues, and it worked out well...

I enjoyed the story overall, but I was worried early on, when the MMC was a real asshole...

Pretty predictable, romance-wise... typical historical where the FMC is ahead of her time, too...

But I enjoyed it... and the sequel is exactly who I thought it would be (or at least one of the 2 people / pairs of people I thought it might be)...
