Prison/asylum recs

I just finished Shadowman, book 5 in Alabaster Penitentiary series and I desperately need something with similar vibes, either in a prison or an asylum setting. Bonus points if it's MM

Ok following! This trope has had a chokehold on me for months. But it is so hard to find. I hope others will have more recommendations, but these are the first that come to mind.

-Unhinged (and all books in dance with my demons series) by Steph Macca - based in an asylum. Unhinged and obsessive mmc(s), a little why choose
- Prisoner by Skye Warren and Annika Martin - based in a prison, fmc is a teacher and there is a prison break 👀
-Obsession by Haleigh Beck - based in a prison, fmc is a reporter, mmc is a serial killer

I second Prisoner by Skye Warren. Really liked that one. The other two I have on my TBR.

I would also suggest The Consumed Trilogy by Brooklyn Cross (starts with Burn For Me). Derek is in a mental institution for 9 years and gets out to take revenge. I liked this one.
