guys i need help so bad

i just turned 12 a week ago. i’ve been starting to get a bit of acne and stuff and want to get some skincare to fix (not like a sephora kid but to feel more confident). i’ve always thought acne was beautiful but after getting it (btw i get fungal acne not the normal one) i’ve been trying to get rid of mine. i still think it is. the thing is all i have is lotion, water and sunscreen. the closet sephora or mecca is an hr away. i’m in aus so i have stuff like kmart, big w, chemist warehouse and priceline but even so my parents prolly wouldn’t let me get it. i once asked if i could make some products with stuff at home and they said no. i really don’t know what to do.

i also have been ruining my hair since birth, i’ve been caring it now but i have seen no improvements
