Book 0 (collected short works...this can be book 1, if necessary, adding 1 to the series numbers)

We don't add anthologies in the primary series, so I've added it at the end without any numbering. Should I change the title of The Garnet Throne to (Rekaan's Blade #1) and remove it entirely from the anthology or do you want it to follow how it's labelled on Amazon?

I also used the series title from Amazon, but if you wish for Sword & Sorcery to be part of the title, let us know and we can change it.
