There's a discrepancy between your author name on Amazon (E. V. Sparrow, with an unwanted space between your first initials) and your author name here according to the Librarian manual (E.V. Sparrow, without the extra space), which causes this problem, e.g. the amazon_bot attributing your new releases to a wrong profile.
You may wish to contact Support and ask how to prevent this.
