A Google search for the Murderbot book series displays Madeline Ashby as the series author. We think this is because the first-listed book on the series page is the short story "Obsolescence" from the collection Take Us to a Better Place: Stories, for which Ashby is the first-listed author.
How can we correct this so that Wells displays as author of the Murderbot series in Google results?
If it makes a difference, Wells has indicated that while "Obsolescence" is set in the same world as Murderbot, it's set so far in the past that she wouldn't classify it as a Murderbot story.
I work for Macmillan, which publishers Martha Wells's The Murderbot Diaries Series.
