Chris Orlet (psota) | 13 comments There are nine editions of my self-published true crime book. Obviously I don’t know what I am doing. If I knew what I was doing I would only have one edition. They are mostly the same content or pretty much the same. It looks amateur. My Goodreads page is confusing and cluttered with all the editions. I know you want to keep everything up there, but I am begging you. I don’t need nine editions of the same content up there. Thanks https://www.goodreads.com/work/editio...

Emily | 17632 comments Looks like these are all valid editions. However, Goodreads lets you pick which edition you want to make the default on your page. Most people will never see the other editions unless they are looking for them by ISBN or they have an older one they want to shelve.

So the newest edition can be selected as the default and future editions can be the default when they are added to the database.
Here is how to set the default edition:

Then the others won't show unless someone is searching for them.
