a romance book that I’m trying to find again I remember the main male character was wealthy, but his family was in charge of the school. His wife did pass away in the backstory, and then he met the female main character. They had a romantic encounter. He ghosted her and then he wound up being her PhD supervisor. I think in the end they had a child he was from England too! It was part of a interconnected series
