Onyx Brotherhood books incorrectly numbered and one is missing

With this series:

Book 1 and 2 are correct. The 3rd book should be Deadly Rival:

And Cruel Master is book number 4

I'd really appreciate if this could be fixed ASAP because book 4 releases next month and people are getting confused.
