One person (of your choosing) will agree to read one book (of your choosing)...

Who do you pick and what book do you have them read?

Tamara Agha-Jaffar | 450 comments I have two sons, so I'm not going to choose between them. I've already recommended North Woods by Daniel Mason to both of them. I don't think either one has read it yet!

This book has been on my TBR forever! I really gotta step it up.

Whitney, I loved it!
I've read Mason's The Piano Tuner, The Winter Soldier, and A Registry of My Passage Upon the Earth: Stories. And I've enjoyed them all. North Woods is still my favorite. I'm currently reading his A Far Country.
Daniel Mason and Maggie O'Farrell are currently my two favorite authors.

Sarah | 107 comments I tried to enlist my granddaughter in a Buddy Read of The Little Prince where I would use How to Live Like the Little Prince: A Grown-up's Guide to Rediscovering Imagination, Adventure, and Awe by Stephane Garnier as a guide. She vetoed the idea and we are reading Percy Jackson, The Lightning Thief!
