Should be Book 1 of "The Fruit of Life & Death" series. Not sure why that information was removed.

What needs to be changed?
Please ask superlibrarians to merge the above edition, as it is a duplicate of the paperback with the ISBN.
On my profile, it's not listed as a series. On the "Series by Amanda L. Rautio" it shows my other two series, but this one is not listed

This is still not resolved. On my author page, there should be two series that show up: The Fruit of Life and Death, and The Hades Chronicles. Only the Hades Chronicles appears on my page under the "Series" section.
