So, my dad is a highschool AP US History teacher, and he was talking about how angry he was at the way he has to teach. Idk if this is the case for all districts, but my dad has to teacher and show the presentations that the district or whoever sends him. He used to be able to make his own, but now he has to show those, and he says that his students are so bored because all he can do is read. I was thinking about that, and I think maybe instead of the district sending a presentation that you have to show, they'll tell the teacher what they need to add in their next lessons so the teacher decides how they teach it and if they need to add anything else instead of reading off of a Google slide for hours every day.

I think teachers should be allowed to design their lessons however they wish to keep students entertained, as long as they're getting to the ultimate point and teaching the kids what they need to pass their class and actually learn stuff
