I have uploaded the cover image from my copy of the book. This cover image is also on Amazon UK, but their version has been slightly cropped.

Note, the above ISBN is already on goodreads for another edition of this book. I originally raised this as an Alternative Book Edition, but have been advised that it should be added as a new book edition.
