Book Removed Due to Catalog Error

I am trying to rate To Cage a Wild Bird by Brooke Fast after reading an ARC copy. Despite there already being 187 ratings and 150 reviews for the book, I receive an error any time I try to rate or review the book myself. On the website there is a pop up on the book page saying that “ This item does not meet our catalog guidelines and can no longer be rated or reviewed.” This if a full book that is about to be published in November and there are no other alternative book entries for it, so I’m not sure if this is a mistake?
