Hmmm, definitely not nerdy with glasses or pathetic but the MMC in Lord of the Fading Lands is OBSSESSED 😍 He would die for this woman. In fact, the entire Fey society in this book is culturally based on men putting women up on the highest pedestal I have ever witnessed in my life as a reader. I wrote more in detail about it in my review of the book.
