[COMPLETE] Incorrect Page Count: Fire in the Belly

The hardcover and paperback editions of Fire in the Belly by Cynthia Carr both have incorrect page counts. WorldCat lists 613 for both (https://search.worldcat.org/title/738...), but after the index there's a single unnumbered page with a photo of the funeral of the biography's subject. I'll let the librarians use their judgment on whether to count that as page 614 or if the 613 page count stands.
