Book I didn't write is showing me as an author

Hi all -- I'm an author on Goodreads, but I only published one book and it was awhile ago, so I haven't been monitoring my profile.

Today I saw a book "Sugar Skulls Coloring Book for Adults" was assigned to me as the author. I have nothing to do with that book. I was not involved, I have no idea what it is, and I don't make coloring books.

I'm also not Mexican so really don't appreciate people thinking that I would have made this book as a white woman.

How do I remove the sugar skull coloring book from my profile? It is not assigned to me on Amazon, just Goodreads.
