author request unsuccessful - need help

Hi Goodreads Team,

I recently applied for the Author Program but was refused. My book is Confessions of an Online Personal Trainer by Ally Britton (ASIN: B0FMYW7ZM2, published August 18, 2025).

The publishing account email I used for KDP is different from my Goodreads login email (since I write under multiple pen names). Could this be the reason for the refusal?

I’d really appreciate any clarification and help so I can fix it.
