Rich Braden (rich_braden) | 5 comments Innovation-ish: How Anyone can Create Breakthrough Solutions to Real Problems in the Real World

This is attributed to Richard Braden.

My author profile is Rich Braden (the name on the book)

I created my profile and claimed the book. Then my request was rejected. I Think because I listed the Editor at Wiley by name and not email address.

Amazon book page: https://www.amazon.com/Innovation-ish...

Can you update this to

First Author - Rich Braden
Second Author - Tessa Forshaw

And associate to my profile.

I submitted this once, but did not see it listed as a topic in the discussion group, so it might be a repost.

Emily | 17615 comments I changed your name to Rich. I would remove the email address from this post, as the posts show up on search engines and the forum is public.

We do not know anything about the author claim process. You'll need to claim the book again or write to Support directly if it is rejected again. Goodreads staff handles it.

Rich Braden (rich_braden) | 5 comments I can't claim it - it already has an author

Rich Braden (rich_braden) | 5 comments Thank you, I see that under Rich's books.

But the book page says the author is Richard who lives in Colorado with his wife Pat.

I live in California and don't know Pat.

Emily | 17615 comments It’s due to caching. It takes a long time for anything to update completely on the website.

Rich Braden (rich_braden) | 5 comments Thank you for the help Emily.

My co-author Tessa Forshaw is having similar trouble and I'm wondering if there is anything on your end that shows why?

We have the same book, title, publisher, everything except name and email address, obviously.

Scott | 9198 comments We cannot tell you why your application is being rejected. You need to contact support for more information.

message 9: by Rich (new)

Rich Braden (rich_braden) | 5 comments Thanks for helping.

How do we do that?

A different forum or an email or the contact form?
