I NEED advice (and its kinda urgent)

Okay, eh...here's the thing. I like this boy from school and now we are in summer break, so we don't talk like we used to. And i know his birthday is today bc his friend told me. What should i do? Text him and saying happy birthday? Or i should just ignore the fact that today is his birthday? Maybe this whole thing seems less conplicated than i imagine but we DON'T talk since classes finished, so now its gonna be kinda weird, bc you know..., well i am not sure what i have to do, i mean i like him, but i don't know if he likes me back. When we had class together we were always having this kind of frriendship in wich you can bully him sometimes or just talk about random stuff or just laugh in class with our friends.

You shouldn't be afraid to act! Just take a breath and if you want to do something, act even if it seems strange and even if you do it first. Don't wait for guys! And if he doesn't appreciate the gesture (no matter how weird it is) it means he's not the right guy for you!
