Merging accounts

Hi - I was recently assigned an author profile, but when I log in to my old reader profile, it seems to be separate. I thought they would be merged when my author profile was established. Would you please help merge them?

You need to contact support. But a user account must have been converted to this author profile. Are you sure you didn't have 2 personal accounts?
