Laurence J.D. | 1 comments My recently published book, Own Your Own Divorce, was written by me, LAURENCE WILSON, JD. It has been published in three separate formats that are listed on Goodreads. Two of those formats [hardcover and paperback] are acurately attributed to my authorship on my Author's page. The third format [ebook—published on July 1, 2015] has been attributed to a different unrelated author. named "LAURENCE WILSON" [but with no "JD" after his name.] The other Laurence Wilson has written several books land has been listed as an Author on Goodreads for many years. The several books the other Laurence Wilson has written are attributed to him as author on his separate Author's page.

The ebook version of Own Your Own Divorce was published by me Laurence Wilson, JD, on July 1, 2025. This version of the book appears on the other Laurence Wilson's author page and not on mine, even though the cover of the ebook is identical to the cover of the paperback and hardcover versions, and all three versions identify the author as "Laurence Wilson, JD" on the cover.

Apparently through human oversight, the ebook version was incorrectly linked to the other Laurence Wilson [with no JD] Author's page as his book.

I appreciate someone at Goodreads with access to fixing this error, kindly assigning all versions of Own Your Own Divorce book to my authorship, that is to say, to "Laurence Wilson, JD". . The other Laurence Wilson [with no JD] has never written a book about divorce. That my ebook is missing from my list of books is bothersome because the ebook version already has attracted ratings and reviews, and they are not concurrently being attributable to the other book formats as well.

Once someone has corrected the Author's attribution, all three formats of this book should be linked to my Author's page.

I appreciate someone informing me whether this discussion topic note is sufficient for this matter to be looked into and corrected because today's message isthe first message I have ever tried to make on Goodreads.

I am not certain whether this request has been posted in the appropriate location or whether anyone will actually see or do anything with this message.

Thanks in advance for helping with this request.

Laurence Wilson, JD

Your name should not have a degree in it, so you'll have to ask support to fix that.
