First of all, I’m really really sorry you’re going through this <3 honestly, I know it’ll be really really hard, but of course it’s important, and I think there are a lot of ways. It might be best to just go up to her and say “I’m really struggling and I need help”, or something along those lines. Trust me, from experience, you dont want her to find out on her own. If you end up really not feeling comfortable, or she doesn’t listen, try to tell a friend or other family member or even a school counseller. I think there are helplines and stuff too if it’s urgent. If you ever need to talk I’m always here, feel free to pm me anytime 🤍
