Please split the editions you want merged. I just noticed (too late) that the request link was filtered, and sadly it is impossible to undo.

They were still not split from the other editions. I did it myself, but as I said, it's too late. Please do that in the future and don't submit filtered requests (though it's my bad for not noticing)
