Same publisher, except that with the new edition, the publisher icon has been moved to the center.zoom in u will see publisher name "مدارك"

Yes, a new edition with a different cover. Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers on the site, as readers want to shelve the cover of the copy they have. We do not merge editions with different covers.I'm surprised I need to explain this.
