Abigail Hunter | 91 comments Hi, could you create a series "Beastly Feasts" for these two books?

It's an unordered series, but this was the first book published: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
And this is the second: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

And this is the series on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/Beastly-Feasts...

Many thanks!

Camille | 2241 comments To be a series on Goodreads, books need to have more than a common theme -- like characters in common, an overarching storyline, a shared universe, etc.

How are these two books connected?

Abigail Hunter | 91 comments They are in the same universe.

If you check out the series description on Amazon, they are both monster romance books that center around food

Sandra | 31400 comments That is a theme, not a shared universe.

A shared universe would include the same setting, some of the same people etc.

Abigail Hunter | 91 comments That doesn't sound like a shared universe. A shared universe is more than each book including the some of the same stuff.

That's like saying one person isn't from earth because they live in a different country from yours even though all the laws of your reality are exactly the same, even if you never meet in your lives. You might never have heard of the town they are from, but it doesn't stop it existing.
You live in the same universe, you just occupy different spaces in it.

Everything in the world of the two books is the same, except one happens in a restaurant in a city with one kind of monster, and another happens on a boat in the Caribbean with another kind of monster.
They both have tentacles if that helps? 🤷‍♀️
