Where to get ISBN and ASIN

I have 3 books in the chamber, but none of them has ISBN yet. Please help. where and how to get the number. I'm from the Philippines, and I'm trying to request one with the government, but 2 months already, and there's still nothing. Thank you for the help

To obtain an International Standard Book Number (ISBN) in the Philippines, you need to apply through the National Library of the Philippines.
