Series name change; cover & description updates

Dear Librarians,

I've updated the entirety of my orc romance series on Amazon - the series title changed from "Black Bear Clan" to "Bellhaven Clan", the covers have been updated, and the descriptions as well.

I would gladly do the updates myself, but I know there are parts I can't touch. Can you please tell me which things I can update on my own?

I know these old editions will stay in the system somehow, but could you please set these new ones as "main" editions that come up in the search?

This last book hasn't been linked to the series for some reason, and is displaying the correct name and description but the wrong cover.

I realize this is an incredibly annoying amount of work. Please let me know which parts I can update myself, if any!

Hi! I added the sexond box set to the series.
You can do most of this work yourself.

You have to change the series name in the title box of every book and every separate edition of the book.
For example: Her Orc King (Black Bear Clan #1) will become Her Orc King (Bellhaven Clan #1)
I have changed the titles for book 1 already.

Then you can create alternate cover editions with the new covers.

Hello,

I’m sorry to bother you again, but there are still things I haven’t managed to fix with my series.

First of all, I checked the links you provided to add a new edition of my books and then combine them - but the issue is that this is for books with different ASINs/ISBNs (an actual different physical edition by a publisher, for example). My books haven’t been changed to the point that Amazon would require a new edition - it was a change of description, cover, and series name, all of which is allowed in their system. So I can’t add a different edition because that would require a new ASIN. I tried to do it and received a message saying the ASIN already belongs to my existing book.

I’ve changed the cover of book five (Her Orc Husband) once before as it was a part of a shared series before that arrangement ended, and the Librarian who helped me at the time simply switched out the cover and added a note (see the back end of the book’s page here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...)

Could you please help me switch out the covers for the series? I provided all the Amazon links in the original post in this thread. I already changed all the descriptions myself so you wouldn’t have to.

Could you also please set these descriptions as “default”? The tick box at the bottom of the description window seems to only be reserved for Librarians.

They're all Kindle editions, yes! They're also available as paperbacks, but these "default editions" that are searchable on Goodreads always correspond to Amazon's Kindle versions (the ASINs etc).
