🧭 What’s one body signal you want to pay more attention to?
My fatigue. I usually override it with caffeine or “just one more task,” but now I’m working on perceiving it as a message I’ve been silencing.

🧠 Any belief about womanhood or hormones you’re ready to unlearn?
The idea that being “emotional” is a weakness. I’m ready to see emotions as data, as intelligence, not as proof that something’s wrong with me.

✨ One small practice from the book you might try this week?
Syncing food with my cycle phase — especially adding more grounding, nourishing meals during the luteal phase. It feels like a gentle act of care.
