Not a book I’ve written

Hi,

I’m a book cover designer, however I was listed as an illustrator on this book originally through Amazon. I reached out to my client (the author) and he removed me from the Amazon site where it showed me as a contributor, but it’s still showing it here for some reason. I would like to keep all of the books on Goodreads under my name strictly to being books I wrote, not covers I’ve designed. Can someone please remove my name from this book?
