This is a blog post that went a bit viral, framing "Elara Voss" as a cryptid-like figure appearing in genAI output and attempting to find its origin.

A podcast I listened to mentioned the "Elara Voss cryptid" thing as a recent trend but of course we here glommed onto the name as abysmal AI slop long ago.
