I'm completing a Traveling America side challenge and The Grand Canyon was one of the "landmarks" on the list. I saw the book won the Carnegie Medal for Excellence for Nonfiction, and that's how it ended up on my radar.
For the ghost prompt, I noticed some past Booker winners have featured spirits of some sort (Lincoln in the Bardo, The Seven Moons of Maali Almeida, A Brief History of Seven Killings). Here are some helpful lists for the TV prompt. I think I'm liking this prompt the more I think about it:

Shelley, for which prompt? Your comment about Fuzz is after a comment about the ghost prompt, but the national parks prompt seems as if it would be a more likely match.

National Parks. It's about bad behaving animals in the Parks. Although for ghosts, she also has Spook: Science Tackles the Afterlife and Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers if people are looking for non-fiction.
I love the choices this time so it's gonna be hard.. A book with a horse as a character-I can't think of any books so i'm gonna say neutral
2. A book where the main character has an occupation that didn't exist before 1900-interesting to me-gonna say neutral or upvote
3. A book where one of the characters is a ghost, a spirit, an angel, or an imaginary being this isn't one I love. downvote
4. A book by a Korean or Korean-diaspora author-sure! I've done this with another diaspora so let's say upvote
5. A book nominated for an award that values peace, cultural understanding, and related social issues-probably an upvote
6. A book by the author who shows up most on your TBR but is so far unread by you-I either suggested or seconded this so it's an upvote.
7. A book related to a national park kinda neutral on this-can't think of any right now.
8. A book related to a lion, a witch, or a wardrobe another netural-i read the cs lewis series. possibly a wardrobe book?
9. A book with an adult main character who is NOT in paid employment-hmmm this is neutral or upvote
10. A book which features royalty as main characters this is ok. Might finally read Spare
11. A book where all or part of the action takes place in a library, a courthouse, or another public building I like this one-i don't know why-upvote
12. A book related to “soul”neutral or upvote-might have some nonfiction that fits this
13. A book from the 1001 Books to Read Before You Die list-sure this is usually easy for me
14. A book whose title and author's first or last name start with the same letter-maybe- doing another challenge where it title has to start with an "m"-that is harder than i thought it would be
15. A book relating to television-sounds good to me!

Shelley - I read Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers years ago and loved it. I have a copy of Fuzz: When Nature Breaks the Law, so thanks for pointing out that it would be a match for the proposed National Parks prompt!

I'm currently reading this one! I don't really read travel related nonfiction eve..."
I’m sure it will be good. I read The Emerald Mile: The Epic Story of the Fastest Ride in History Through the Heart of the Grand Canyon by Kevin Fedarko. It was fun and really well done.
I read two other good Grand Canyon books for a states challenge in 2020. (I had nothing to do except read that year.)
Heller is in my tbr too.
