Why is my novel listed twice?

My novel is in ebook and paperback form with separate ISBNs. However, it's the same book. I noticed that comments are getting split between the two, and the books don't have a consistent title in your system. One has the title Damaged Goods: A Novel, and the other has the title Damaged Goods. How do I fix these inconsistencies? I am marketing the novel heavily through your Giveaway and other social media, and I would like the reviews accumulated under one title, not split between two.
