We need the webpage showing that the ISBN and other book data match. Without it, we cannot use the cover image, even if it is from the publisher or another acceptable site.
Alternatively, if you have the book, we can use scans/photos of your copy (cover + publication information page).

We can only use B&N for books published by Barnes & Noble Press

You can upload the images (.jpg, .png or .gif format, not .pdf) to the "more photos..." section of your profile (https://www.goodreads.com/photo/new), then copy the link here. We need the cover + the publication information page (the one where the ISBN, publication date and other book data are printed).

Store links can be set in your personal settings. Note that not every format will be available at every source.

We do not put them in the book descriptions. Store links are individual to each user.

Sorry, Librarians don't have any insight into the author program. We are volunteers.

We can only recommend you contact support and ask them what you need to do.
