Which one should we use? Is there an "official" spelling?

She works in Swedish (Korean-->Swedish translations). The Swedish media etc uses the spelling "Okkyoung Park." I'd suggest that spelling/form be considered official in this case.

Here for example, the Nobel Prize committee renders her name in the "Okkyoung Park" form:
