I worked for a team first season of MLS and we were up and running in under a year. And some of the women's teams came up pretty fast. I know Boston is getting a team but they're getting a stadium redone for them so it'll take time. I wonder if expansion teams have more of a run-up for selling and organizing?

There are quite a few FLW buildings in Buffalo, but no one here calls them prairie houses - except in the Follett book. When I hear prairie house I think of Little House in the Prairie. The only thing the two have in common is that they aren’t skyscrapers.
I think a lot of the men’s teams were like our Timbers where they were essentially transferring over an established minor league team. It feels like that would go faster since a lot of structure was already in place.

RE: Foresters
Sometimes when teams are moved to a different city, the team name is retained. Your "Foresters" probably started out where the name made sense. Take the Utah Jazz, for example. Doesn't make much sense. But when you consider that they were originally the New Orleans Jazz, it makes perfect sense.
Think it all depends on the league and the sales contract. When the Seattle Supersonics moved to OK City, their name was changed to the Thunder. When Seattle gets back its NBA team, it will be the Sonics.

The Texas Rangers have a AA team in Frisco called the Roughriders and a AA team in Roundrock called the Express.

I went to Globe Life Field a couple years ago. It is a beautiful stadium and the people were so nice! Gotta love the air conditioning!

That sounds legit to me! The wording of the prompt does..."
I thought about doing Loving Frank with a biography of him for the multiweek books from different genres prompts. Course, I was walking through a FLW house at the time. (funny enough, a Prairie style house in Buffalo!)
I watched a lecture with the Boston Public Library about Stanford White last night. Now I want to read about him--- what a character. Which is putting it nicely.
