Erroneous Ratings for books - Bot profile?

Hello,

Thank you very much for your help. The user below gave some of my books a 1-star rating; however, I do not believe they actually read my works. Perhaps the profile is a bot or someone who just gives bad ratings for no reason? If you look at their list of rated books, almost all of them are 1-star. I don't think they actually read any of these books. I was hoping you could have the ratings for my books expunged. And maybe have the account deleted?

If this is the wrong place to post this, please let me know where to go. Please, I need your help. As an indie author, ratings and reviews are pivotal for my books, and an erroneous one like this really hurts.

This has nothing to do with librarians or the book catalogue. If you believe there is a problem with a user, contact support.
