My debut book is listed under a different author

I just published my book "Astrodroirs and the Shadowed Heart", which is my first (debut) book AND my only book. But on Goodreads it is listed under a different author whose name is also "Surabhi Singh". Can you please look into this?

Also, how do I claim my author page?
